At Kr07mediastore, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which customers can request returns, exchanges, or refunds.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    We accept returns on most products within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.
Returns are not accepted for digital products, personalized items, innerwear, or hygiene-sensitive goods.

  1. Return Process
    To initiate a return:

Contact our support team at kr07media@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide order details and reason for the return with supporting images (if applicable).
Once approved, our team will guide you through the pickup or courier return process.
Please ensure products are securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

  1. Refunds
    After we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified about the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

  1. Exchanges
    We offer replacements for items that are damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered. An exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    Customized or personalized items
    Digital products or downloadable content
    Clearance sale items marked “non-returnable”
    Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  3. Cancellations
    Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer support. Once shipped, the order will follow the regular return and refund process.
